FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Santa Experience is designed to create a special and interactive experience specifically for children, ensuring they have a memorable time with Santa Claus. Each timeslot is reserved for one household. If you would like to include cousins you will need to reserve two timeslots. *NEW* this year is the option to add on a family portrait before your children meet Santa so you can have the whole family on your holiday card!

WHO IS INCLUDED IN THE SANTA EXPERIENCE?

Please note that our Santa event is non-refundable. Once you have booked a time slot, it is final and cannot be altered or switched. We have limited availability and want to ensure that each family has a fair chance to meet Santa. In order to avoid any scheduling conflicts, we kindly request that you carefully consider your children's nap schedules and personal calendars before selecting a time slot. 

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?

To help you prepare, we also provide a mini "what to wear" guide, complete with links to recommended shops where you can find adorable outfits for your little ones. Kids can also wear festive jammies to the session. We want to make sure everyone feels festive and in the holiday spirit during the Santa Experience!

What To Expect:

You'll visit our South Jersey Studio in Haddonfield, NJ for your children to experience the magic of Christmas with our Santa. You'll have your reserved private one-on-one time with Santa himself. We'll capture the magic in your child's eyes as Santa enters the room, and continue documenting their experience as they tell Santa what they want for Christmas!
