Isle of Palms

Isle of Palms is the best destination for a day-long getaway. This small city features over 6 miles of beaches with pristine views and clean water. The city gives you unlimited ways to explore, whether you want to view the sites in a kayak or take in the greenery at the golf courses. There are hotels and resorts all around the area if you want to make it a staycation. The heart of the city has a grocery store and shopping centers as well as some of the best restaurants around.

While all these attractions are enough to draw anyone in, the beach remains a favorite place. You can run around and splash in the waves or sit back and watch the condors and the sea turtles. There’s also a sandy playground separated from the rest of the beach, so your child can safely play.
